The Home Energy Rating = assesses energy use
Helps estimate how much energy a home will actually use including the major fixed appliances, solar panels or battery storage. It also considers how well it a home performs thermally.

NatHERS Home Energy Rating
The Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS) is a nationally recognised framework supported by all Australian governments. It helps households design and maintain homes that are more comfortable, energy-efficient, and cost-effective to run.
NatHERS assessments use advanced software developed and maintained by the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) to evaluate a home’s thermal performance.
Accredited NatHERS Home Energy Rating assessors are qualified to conduct energy ratings for both new and existing homes. Aspire Sustainability is proud to be an accredited assessor, able to issue NatHERS certificates for existing homes. These can support:
